Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement of Wrap It Movers (Wrap It Cargo LLC). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
We provide moving, relocation, storage, logistics, local delivery, and handyman services as described on our website. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in the applicable quote or service agreement.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope, volume, or conditions differ from the original quotation. Door-to-door quotes include all charges except customer-owed duties and taxes; door-to-port shipments require destination charges to be paid locally.
4. Liability Limits
Our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable law and the terms of any shipment protection elected. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Customers are encouraged to declare full value and select appropriate protection coverage.
5. Shipment Protection & Insurance
As an ISO member, we offer comprehensive insurance cover for household and personal effects with competitive rates and prompt claims settlement. Protection levels should reflect replacement costs at the destination; detailed information on the proposal form is required.
6. Customs Compliance
For international shipments, you are responsible for the accuracy of declared information and for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities. We assist with documentation and compliance but cannot guarantee clearance outcomes determined by authorities.
7. Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials, perishables, illegal substances, and certain restricted goods may not be stored or transported. A full list of restricted items is available on request. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
8. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to or upon delivery as specified in your invoice. Accepted methods and currency will be stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover committed resources.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai.
